Container Workshop – Avon Heath Country Park
The charity has been using the workshop since 2018 as part of the vocational training offered to veterans to develop forestry and woodland management skills.
Sailing Dinghy Refurbishment 2025
Every Thursday afternoon – weather dependent. The charity is refurbishing a sailing dinghy for a local benefactor, who will offer free sailing lessons in Christchurch Harbour at Mudeford Quay. The sailing dinghy is an all-wood construction
Beekeeping Project – Upton Country Park
The charity has been using beekeeping as a form of Occupational Therapy for the veterans. Currently two veterans have been involved in supporting the three hives, which have been developed from one hive two years ago. This year the bees will be producing excess honey, therefore if you are interested in acquiring some local honey contact us.
Our sea front boat-shed location is where we run our water sessions from. It is at the bottom of Gordon’s zig-zag, just off Southbourne Overcliffe Dr. heading down towards the seafront.
